As an Ops Support Representative, you will serve as a trusted problem solver who takes ownership of customer concerns from start to finish. In this remote role, you will partner with internal and external teams, navigate multiple systems, and deliver timely, thorough resolutions that create a seamless customer experience.
What you'll be doing

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance with complex or escalated issues.

What's needed- Basic Qualifications
- -
- 2+ years of customer support, customer service, or equivalent experience.
- -
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift.
- -
- Dedicated home office/workspace.
- -
- High-speed internet connection.
- -
- Ability to perform basic PC and hardware troubleshooting.
- -
- High School Diploma or GED.
What's needed - Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of customer service experience within the last 5 years.
- -
- Previous work-from-home experience.
- -
- Demonstrated success in customer service or customer success roles.
