Senior Test Environment Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage test environments across the software testing lifecycle, ensuring availability, stability, and readiness.
• -
• Coordinate environment planning, configuration, refreshes, deployments, and test data requirements across multiple teams.
• -
• Collaborate with QA, development, DevOps, release, and business teams to resolve environment issues and minimize testing disruptions.
• -
• Establish environment management processes, monitor utilization and performance, and drive continuous improvements and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• -
• 8+ years of experience in test environment management, QA, or software delivery roles.
• -
• Proven experience managing multiple test environments across complex technology landscapes.
• -
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, release management, and deployment processes.
• -
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• -
• Experience coordinating environment provisioning, configuration, refreshes, and deployments.
• -
• Strong understanding of test data management and environment dependencies.
• -
• Experience with defect and incident management and troubleshooting environment-related issues.
• -
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• -
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• -
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• -
• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• -
• Experience with cloud-based test environments and infrastructure automation.
• -
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• -
• Experience with environment monitoring and observability tools.
• -
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments.
