This position is full-time/hybrid, and candidates must live and work in Indiana.

Summary

Provides advanced operational support and leads key activities in the lifecycle management of third-party and clinical technologies, with a focus on device integration to support patient care. Manages device intake, technical assessment, and onboarding in collaboration with Information Services, Clinical Engineering, Information Security, vendors, and clinical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with security, connectivity, and support standards. Leads resolution of complex and recurring issues by performing advanced troubleshooting, coordinating across teams, and conducting root cause analysis to ensure reliable device performance and integration across clinical systems. Serves as a subject matter resource for device connectivity and integration workflows, supporting testing, validation, and optimization efforts. Coordinates and guides integration activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and risks are actively managed. Applies sound judgment in resolving issues, balancing priorities, and escalating appropriately when needed. Mentors less experienced team members by sharing knowledge, reinforcing best practices, and promoting consistency in documentation, inventory management, and lifecycle processes. Actively contributes to improving workflows, standardization, and service delivery outcomes. Demonstrates resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments, maintaining focus and adjusting priorities to address emerging issues. Communicates effectively with technical, clinical, and vendor stakeholders to drive alignment and timely resolution of challenges. Applies strong working knowledge of device integration, networking, and healthcare technology workflows to lead day-to-day operational success. Continuously develops expertise and stays informed on evolving technologies, standards, and integration practices. Drives continuous improvement by identifying systemic issues, recommending process enhancements, and contributing to implementation of solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience. Candidate Qualifications

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• Requires 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Requires vendor product and hardware certification.
• Requires certifications in information services and healthcare software.
• Requires experience coordinating with vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
• Requires experience with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Requires expertise in clinical systems, EMR, and decision support.
• Requires experience leading complex system changes.
• Requires experience working directly with key stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Additional certifications, including ITIL, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, Healthcare Technology Manager (CHTM), HL7 Fundamentals or similar are preferred.
• FHIR Fundamentals/Healthcare Integration Basic training is preferred.
