Intermediate IT Business Analyst - Construction & Equipment
JDI · Saint John, NB, Canada
About The Role
Are you an inquisitive problem solver who enjoys understanding how businesses operate — and how technology can help them improve?
Do you enjoy building relationships, leading change, and turning ideas into measurable results?
We are looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to join our Business Solutions Group supporting the Construction & Equipment Division. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than document requirements: you will work with business and technology leaders, shape priorities, lead important initiatives, and contribute to the digital evolution of diverse operating businesses.
You do not need to be the most technical person in the room. You do need curiosity, business judgement, and the leadership skills to bring people together around a shared outcome.
As your capabilities grow, you will have opportunities to take on more complex initiatives, deepen business relationships, mentor others, and expand your leadership contribution.
