About the Program

Drive the Future is designed to give university students their first professional experience while they continue their studies.

Through a structured training and development journey, participants receive learning content to help them

• Navigate the organization and understand how global teams operate
• Build technical and interpersonal skills that accelerate growth
• Deepen their understanding of the JPMorganChase culture, values, and organizational structure
• Develop a strong professional network by collaborating with experienced professionals across the firm

During your time in the program, you will work alongside expert teams to support initiatives that help our businesses move forward—improving processes, strengthening decision-making with data, and contributing to transformation efforts in a dynamic environment.

DTF opportunities in Argentina are open to students from all universities in Buenos Aires. This role requires part-time availability (19 hours/week) in Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Contract duration (please confirm which is correct)

• Option A (as stated earlier): hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on performance, feedback, and business needs.
• Option B (as stated later): program length up to 18 months.
