PROCUREMENT PROJECT SUPERVISOR

What You Will Do : Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Identify and introduce innovative sourcing solutions to optimize spending and enhance quality. Lead vendor negotiations in line with guidance. Provide direction to team members to ensure smooth workflow and on-time project completion. What We're Looking for : Bachelor Degree from Engineering or related field. Proven experience in sourcing or procurement (preferably in a project-based or manufacturing environment). Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, cost optimization, and vendor management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong organizational and project-management skills. Professional proficiency in English language. Willing to work on site in Cikarang.
