Senior Executive - Projects

Manage Projects- Labour , execution, Documentation and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project execution from start to completion.
Plan and manage labour deployment and productivity.
Coordinate with site teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Monitor project timelines, quality, and resource utilisation.
Handle project documentation, measurements, reports, and records.
Prepare and verify project bills and coordinate with accounts for timely submission.
Track project costs, variations, and pending payments.
Ensure smooth project closure and handover.
