<p>We are looking for a Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to join our Talent team at HeyGen. You will be a critical thought partner in building out our strategy around Engineering hiring at HeyGen, including sourcing strategy, interview process, and where to integrate AI into the Talent function. You will partner closely with the Executive team, hiring managers, and the Talent team to identify and attract the best talent with an emphasis on Full Stack, Mobile, Infrastructure, and AI Research Engineering roles.  </p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li>
<li>2+ years of Engineering recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of hiring across Full Stack, DevOps, Infrastructure, and AI Research Engineering </li>
<li>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously</li>
<li>Strong decision-making skills</li>

<p><strong>Salary Range</strong><strong><br></strong><strong>amp;amp;lt;/strong>100,000- $150,000<br><br>Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.  HeyGen considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal equity, as well as location, market and business considerations when extending an offer.  As part of our total rewards package, HeyGen offers comprehensive benefits including a 401k plan, health benefits, generous PTO, a parental leave program and emotional health resources.</p>
