Office Assistant

Quality Tank Solutions (QTS) is seeking an experienced, full-time Office Assistant to join our team in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. The Office Assistant will provide support to the sales team. Qualitied candidates will possess a strong work ethic, demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to perform at high standards, have positive attitude and are focused. Duties and Responsibilities Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff Data entry Scanning/filing documents Welcome visitors, vendors and guests Qualifications Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs (i.e. Microsoft, Office Word, and Excel) Self-starter, results orientated Strong organizational skills Fast learner Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a constantly changing environment Be a team player Positive attitude! Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of various computer software programs.
