HPE’s acquisition of Juniper Networks is one of the most significant moves in the company’s history, bringing two networking leaders together to build HPE Networking, with the ambition of creating the best networking business on the planet. This role sits at the center of that effort as part of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program, responsible for unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across the combined HPE and Juniper networking portfolios onto a single platform, replacing fragmented legacy systems with one seamless, scalable experience for sellers, partners, and customers worldwide.

As part of a fast-moving, multi-year transformation, the team will stabilize near-term operations, migrate core platforms, onboard businesses and suppliers globally, and build new capabilities from the ground up. The choices made here will shape how the combined networking business operates for years to come. You will work closely with business leaders, IT architects, suppliers, and partner stakeholders on a program with direct executive visibility, solving integration challenges at a scale few companies ever attempt.

We are seeking an Expert – Oracle Agile PLM to provide strong technical expertise and solution ownership for the Oracle Agile PLM platform and its integrations across the enterprise. The role will be responsible for application engineering, technical solution design, enhancements, integrations, production stability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the Agile PLM ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Agile PLM, PLM processes, integrations, application support, and enterprise technology environments, along with the ability to work effectively with business, architecture, engineering, and support teams.

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and application ownership for Oracle Agile PLM solutions.
Design, configure, develop, and support Agile PLM workflows, business rules, objects, roles, and configurations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Develop and support Agile PLM integrations with ERP, CRM, supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, and other enterprise applications.
Work with Agile PLM APIs, SDK, web services, REST/SOAP interfaces, and integration frameworks.
Lead technical delivery for enhancements, releases, upgrades, migrations, and application modernization.
Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
Support production operations by driving application stability, performance, availability, and reliability.
Participate in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
Identify opportunities for automation, monitoring, observability, and operational efficiency.
Support vulnerability remediation, technology upgrades, patching, and application security requirements.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, business teams, and external partners on technical solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
Participate in code/configuration reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and development standards.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building Agile PLM technical capability within the team.

What you need to bring

Required Technical Skills

8+ years of IT experience with significant hands-on experience in Oracle Agile PLM.
Strong experience with Oracle Agile PLM 9.x and its core capabilities.
Strong knowledge of:
Agile PLM architecture and configuration
Item and BOM management
Change management
Workflows and business rules
User, role, and security administration
Agile PLM SDK/API
Data migration and data management
Application troubleshooting and performance tuning
Experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, and databases.
Strong understanding of Oracle databases and SQL.
Experience with application deployment, environment management, and release processes.
Good understanding of ITIL / ITSM practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Experience working in production support and enterprise application environments.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle PLM / Product Lifecycle Management transformation initiatives.
Exposure to Oracle ERP, SAP, CRM, Supply Chain, or other enterprise platforms.
Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and automation.
Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools.
Exposure to AIOps, intelligent automation, or GenAI-based operational solutions.
Experience working with global teams and third-party technology partners.
Oracle certifications related to PLM or relevant technologies are desirable.
