National Manager – Contract

• Lead high-value national contracts and major tenders
• Coach and develop a specialist Contracts team
• Partner with senior leaders, customers and suppliers nationwide

As National Manager – Contracts, you will lead the strategy, negotiation and management of national contracts and agreements. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, sales, operations, suppliers and key customers to deliver sustainable growth, strong customer outcomes and commercially sound agreements.

About you

You bring experience in contracts, commercial management, sales or a related field, together with strong negotiation, stakeholder-management and leadership capability. You are commercially astute, organised, analytical and comfortable managing competing priorities. Experience with national accounts, tenders, contract risk and process improvement will be highly regarded.

Relevant qualifications in contracts, commerce or law are desirable. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required

This role is designed for someone who enjoys combining commercial leadership, customer partnership and team development. The position leads the National Contracts Team and reports to the EGM Industrial Solutions. It offers broad exposure across national sales, operations, supply chain, finance and technology teams.

• Lead and develop a team of National Contract Managers.
• Own strategic national contract negotiations, tenders and reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer and supplier stakeholders.
• Drive new-business opportunities and grow key national accounts.
• Ensure contract performance, compliance, profitability and risk controls.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve customer value.
