About The Role

Ford is seeking an experienced Analyst, Digital Analytics to join the Digital Analytics & Experimentation team, with primary alignment to the European Retail digital business.

In this role, you will work closely with Digital Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to define measurement strategies, analyze customer behavior, identify performance opportunities, and deliver recommendations that drive better digital experiences and business results.

You will also collaborate with Ford's global Digital Analytics & Experimentation community to align measurement practices, reporting standards, experimentation methodologies, and key performance indicators across markets. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen, technical fluency, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse stakeholder groups.

This position offers the opportunity to influence digital strategy through advanced analytics, scalable measurement solutions, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

  • Define and implement measurement strategies, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics that support European Retail digital business objectives.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Experience Designers, Marketing teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure digital products and experiences are measurable, actionable, and aligned to business goals.
  • Analyze digital behavior, clickstream, and customer journey data to identify trends, opportunities, friction points, and root causes impacting customer experience and business performance.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations that improve digital shopping experiences, lead generation, and retail conversion outcomes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reporting solutions, and Adobe Analytics workspaces that provide trusted visibility into digital performance.
  • Use SQL and analytical tools to integrate, query, validate, and interpret data from multiple enterprise sources, including digital, customer, campaign, lead, vehicle, dealer, and retail datasets.
  • Evaluate data quality and measurement accuracy, partnering with analytics implementation and tagging teams to improve tracking and reporting reliability.
  • Support experimentation and optimization initiatives by defining measurement approaches, assessing results, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop scalable analytics processes, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance insight generation and operational efficiency.
  • Present analytical findings through clear, concise, and business-focused narratives tailored to both regional and global audiences.
  • Contribute to global analytics standards, reporting frameworks, KPI governance, and best practices across the Digital Analytics & Experimentation organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical discipline.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or a comparable digital analytics platform.
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL to analyze large datasets, integrate multiple data sources, and validate analytical outputs.
  • Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, actionable insights, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Digital Analytics & Measurement

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including creation of curated workspaces and executive reporting solutions.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and digital measurement frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of digital analytics implementation, tagging strategies, and measurement validation practices.
  • Experience supporting A/B testing, experimentation programs, or platforms such as Adobe Target.
  • Adobe Analytics or related Adobe Experience Cloud certifications.

Data & Technical Skills

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, Python, APIs, or enterprise data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data quality assurance, validation automation, and measurement governance practices.
  • Experience working with Jira, GitHub, Agile methodologies, and product delivery processes.
  • Experience integrating digital behavioral data with CRM, customer, campaign, lead, transaction, or operational datasets.

Analytics & Business Impact

  • Experience building reusable analytics frameworks, KPI standards, self-service reporting tools, and measurement products.
  • Experience leveraging automation or AI-enabled analytics capabilities to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex findings through executive-ready narratives that influence business decisions.

Industry Experience

  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, automotive, or omnichannel customer journey analytics environments.
  • Understanding of digital shopping journeys, lead generation funnels, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with how regional market dynamics, paid and organic traffic, digital merchandising, dealer interactions, and offline conversion paths influence customer behavior and business outcomes.
