Interior Designer

Design Development & Visualization

• Conduct site checks and space planning assessments prior to design finalization.
• Prepare detailed design proposals, concept boards, mood boards, and 3D renderings for review and approval.
• Interpret design intent into technical drawings and visual presentations, ensuring brand compliance and customer appeal.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and MEP teams to align design deliverables with technical and operational requirements.
• Prepare and validate BOQs and material specifications; coordinate with suppliers and contractors as needed.
• Support project execution teams with timely delivery of drawings, clarifications, and design intent communication.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Coordinate directly with brand principals and internal brand teams to ensure design direction meets expectations and approvals.
• Participate in regular status meetings to review progress, resolve design-related issues, and update project timelines.
• Ensure alignment of design with brand visual language, functional layouts, and localized compliance requirements.

Documentation & Quality Assurance

• Maintain organized documentation of project drawings, approvals, and revisions.
• Monitor quality of design implementation during site visits; provide design-related direction and resolution on-site.
• Ensure all design documentation adheres to local authority standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with project, sales, and operations teams to integrate design decisions with functional store requirements.
• Support the development of standard design templates and design guides for repeatable brand applications.
• Promote adherence to QHSE standards in all design and site-related activities.

Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of proven interior design experience, preferably within the retail, commercial fit-out, or hospitality sectors.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technically sound retail design projects.
• Excellent communication, visualization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with local design regulations, authority approvals, and fit-out practices is preferred.
