Senior Consultant - Workforce & Workload Management (Clairvia)

Oracle Health is seeking a Sr. Consultant to join our Clairvia Consulting team, helping healthcare organizations optimize workforce management, staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations through the Clairvia Solution Suite.

In this client-facing role, you will partner directly with healthcare organizations to understand their operational challenges, design effective workflows, configure and implement Clairvia solutions, and guide customers through successful adoption.

You will work at the intersection of healthcare operations, technology, and consulting, helping hospitals and healthcare organizations improve how they schedule, assign, and manage clinical staff while supporting better operational and patient-care outcomes.

This role is well suited for someone who understands healthcare operations or healthcare technology and enjoys solving complex problems, facilitating customer discussions, and leading clients through change.

Important Requirements

• Due to the requirements of the client contract you will support, U.S. citizenship is required.
• Travel of up to 80% is required, based on client and project needs, and may include international travel.

What You'll Do

As a Clairvia Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation and adoption lifecycle. You will:

• Lead customer discussions to understand current-state clinical and operational workflows, business requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Design future-state workflows and recommend Clairvia solutions that improve workforce and workload management.
• Guide customers through solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and adoption.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Coach customers on data collection, system-design requirements, workflow decisions, and implementation best practices.
• Analyze customer requirements and data to determine the optimal solution design and configuration.
• Configure and build Clairvia solutions as needed to support customer requirements.
• Identify, manage, escalate, and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and solution status.
• Partner with internal Oracle project teams to coordinate timelines, configuration requests, project updates, and implementation activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and navigate complex stakeholder situations to keep projects moving toward successful outcomes.
• Support customers through organizational and workflow changes to drive solution adoption and measurable value.
• Maintain clear project documentation and communicate effectively with customer and Oracle leadership.

Clairvia Solutions

You will develop expertise across the Clairvia Solution Suite, which helps healthcare organizations improve staffing, scheduling, caregiver assignments, workload management, and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of combined higher education and relevant professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
• Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting
• HCIT support
• Customer-facing healthcare technology
• Healthcare solution implementation
• At least 4 years of higher education and/or additional relevant work experience directly related to the responsibilities of the position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to client contractual requirements.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% based on client and project needs, potentially including international travel.

Successful consultants on this team are comfortable moving between technology, healthcare operations, and customer consulting. You should be able to understand a customer's operational challenge, translate it into solution requirements, facilitate decisions among multiple stakeholders, and help drive the implementation through successful adoption.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills are important, as is the ability to build credibility with customers, navigate ambiguity, resolve issues, and maintain momentum during complex implementations.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
