• -根據職位需求篩選x履歷，確保符合公司要求。
• 3.面試安排與執行：
• -安排並協助進行初步面試，評估候選人的技能與適配度。
• -協助部門主管進行技術面試，並提供面試評估報告。
• 4.招募流程管理：
• -確保招募流程的每個環節順利進行，並及時跟進候選人的進度。
• -維護招聘系統，確保數據的準確性與完整性。
• 5.招募策略與市場分析：
• -瞭解市場動態，提供招募策略建議，提升招聘效率。
• -分析招聘數據，制定改進計劃，優化招聘流程。
• 6.內部協作與溝通：
• -與部門主管及人力資源團隊密切合作，瞭解招聘需求並提供支持。
• -參與招聘會議，分享招聘進展與挑戰，提出解決方案。
• 7.候選人關係管理：
• -維護與候選人的良好關係，確保良好的候選人體驗。
• -跟進候選人的入職流程，協助新員工順利融入公司。
