Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer requests and enquiries on Aveda haircare products.
• Recommend suitable haircare products based on customers’ individual hair concerns, needs, and preferences through product knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of the work area.
• Assist in retail operations, including stock take and inventory management.
• Participate in new product launches, promotional activities, and related brand events.
• Relevant retail experience in haircare, beauty, or cosmetics.
• Passionate about haircare and beauty, with a strong interest in providing personalised product recommendations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong sales orientation.
• Willingness to commit to retail operational hours.
