About the role:

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to keep momentum on our roadmap. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You'll own features end-to-end, partnering closely with Product and Engineering.
📍You must be within CET ±2 hours
⏰This is a full time role with a flexible schedule, you must be available every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST.
Who we are looking for

5+ years of Product Design experience.

Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products.

Portfolio showcasing workflow-heavy products rather than marketing websites.

Experience working within an established design system.
-
Strong interaction and visual design skills.

Comfortable owning projects independently in a remote/distributed team.

Clear written communication and documentation skills.

Experience handing off designs to engineering.

Experience conducting usability testing.
Nice to have:
-
Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.

Experience in creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social.

Familiarity with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.

Exposure to AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences.

Responsibilities

Own product design from discovery through high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.

Design end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes in Figma.

Own a defined area of the roadmap across our Client Experience and Creator Experience pods.

Work within and evolve our existing design system.

Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers and two Product Designers in an async environment.

Participate in design reviews and provide thoughtful feedback.

Run lightweight usability testing when needed.
