Lease & Contracts Specialist

The Lease and Contracts Specialist supports the effective administration, maintenance, and control of lease and contract records for producing and non‑producing properties and interests acquired, owned, operated, or purchased by the Company. This role applies advanced technical knowledge of lease obligations and land records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely management of payments, expirations, and contractual requirements. The Lease & Contract Specialist handles work of increased complexity and exercises judgment in resolving issues while supporting Land Operations and broader Land Administration objectives.
