<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>Active General Liability Insurance and Auto Insurance</li>
<li>Active LEAD Certification and OSHA 10 Certification, where required </li>
<li>Valid Sole Proprietor Workers' Compensation Waiver, where applicable</li>
<li>Required Electrical Contractor License / State Electrical License</li>
<li>Proven experience in your trade with reliable, skilled crews</li>
<li>Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation</li>
