Storekeeper

We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to manage receiving, inventory, and procurement for our yacht program's warehouse in La Ciotat. This role owns the full loop — from sourcing and ordering to fast-turnaround deliveries when the yacht needs something on short notice. You'll collaborate closely with the yacht crew and shore-side operations to keep supply flowing without friction.

Location & Collaboration Format

• On-site in La Ciotat, France.
• We collaborate on a 5/2 schedule, with occasional weekend availability for force majeure situations or urgent delivery requests.

Responsibilities

• Manage full receiving and inventory processes for the La Ciotat warehouse, ensuring accuracy and traceability of stock
• Contact and arrange deliveries from suppliers across categories relevant to yacht operations and maintenance
• Place and track orders, negotiating terms and delivery timelines with vendors
• Execute fast, on-demand deliveries to the yacht when urgent needs arise
• Maintain inventory records and flag discrepancies or shortages proactively
• Coordinate with yacht crew and engineering to anticipate supply needs ahead of departures
• Respond to force majeure or urgent logistics requests outside standard hours when required

Requirements

Requirements

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Engineering background in yachting (technical/marine engineering exposure)
• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or warehouse/inventory management
• Strong supplier sourcing and negotiation skills
• Ability to operate under time pressure for urgent delivery requests
• Comfortable with occasional weekend availability
• Based in or willing to relocate to La Ciotat, France (no relocation support provided)
