About The Role
INSEAD is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing, to join our Marketing & Recruitment department. This is a full-time, permanent contract position based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.
The Marketing & Recruitment department at INSEAD drives global outreach to attract top talent for the school's programs. It develops strategic marketing initiatives and recruitment efforts to engage prospective students and strengthen INSEAD’s brand presence worldwide.
About the job
Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing and Product Strategy, the job holder will be responsible for the implementation of the Executive Education marketing strategy to promote a portfolio of Open Enrolment Programmes globally and to drive sales and strengthen the brand awareness of INSEAD’s Executive Development Programmes and offerings.
He/she will also lead the effective planning and coordination process of the 110+ sessions with CMO/Director Recruitment and Senior Director, Marketing and Product Strategy, to ensure effective booking of resources - including faculty with the resource planning team. They will also work closely with the CMO and leadership team in ensuring effective budget management processes across M&R. Working closely with MO team, the job holder also leads the research, key analytics and insights across the OEP portfolio to support the leadership team in defining the strategy of the Open Enrolment Portfolio.
Your role within the team
Marketing Planning and Execution
- Responsible for developing, executing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to ensure a healthy lead pipeline for the target audience to support the revenue growth for an allocated portfolio of Open Enrolment Programmes
- Builds relevant thought leadership content to help grow brand awareness for their allocated portfolio of Open Programmes and thought leadership of INSEAD Executive Education
- Develops and aligns customers’ journeys with relevant content, campaigns, activities, and initiatives and ensure that cross-functional teams are aligned to this
Programme Management
- Refines, clarifies and articulates compelling marketing messages for their allocated portfolio of programmes (clear value propositions to position the offer in the overall OEP portfolio, target audience, key benefits and differentiators), builds marketing content and ensures that the marketing messages are consistent across all media
- Developing research, key analytics and providing insights into the strategic development of their Open programme portfolio
Management of Marketing Channels
- Manages and builds strong relationships with key agencies to drive leads growth and build brand collaterals
- Coordinates activities across key communications and marketing channels, including Online advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram); Google Search Engines Optimization (SEO) & Google adwords campaigns (SEM); Direct Marketing campaigns; Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook); Marketing collaterals; Web, videos and other multimedia tools; Podcasts; Webinars; Events
- Provides in-depth insights and analytics of the performance of the channels to inform investment and other decisions.
OEP Resource Planning & M&R Budget Processes

Liaise with the FP&A Team, CMO and the M&R Leadership Team to support oversight the whole M&R Budget

Working closely with Director Marketing, CMO, Director Recruitment & Sales, and Dean on the strategic planning across the OEPs (more than 110 sessions to manage and plan across the 4 campuses)

Manages and builds strong relationships and coordinates with internal teams (EDP Resource planning, Faculty, Marketing Operations Team, Marketing Team) to ensure efficient booking of facilities, faculty agenda, sessions creation in the systems and publication on website
The ideal candidate profile

4+ years’ experience in strategic marketing.

Proven success in lead generation and go-to-market planning for new products or services.

Familiarity with AI tools for content, analytics, or personalisation is a plus.

Experience working with data platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Drupal etc.).

Excellent storytelling and presentation skills—able to engage both internal and external audiences with clarity and impact

Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, paid search, paid social, CRM, and marketing automation.

Growth mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.

Highly analytical, data-literate, and results-oriented.

Confident communicator with strong influencing skills.
