Job Summary

• -Assisting in the processing of pre-booking Korea claims as delegated by manager and Local Claim Expert.
• -Assist in ad-hoc project or matters when requested by manager.
• Key duties and responsibilities
• -
• Assist in the booking and processing of small-value TPL Claims and Construction Claims in the Claim Domain.
• -
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and local teams to support claim-related activities.
• -
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative matter when requested

Required Education

• -
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• -
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• -
• Basic knowledge of insurance is an advantage.
• -
• Proficient in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
