<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare site layouts and designs in support of municipal infrastructure projects.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Perform engineering calculations and analysis to support design decisions.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met in collaboration with project managers.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and local agencies to ensure project requirements are met.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review and interpret survey reports, maps, and as-built drawings.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in the preparation of technical reports and cost estimates.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Stay current with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Take on increasing responsibility for project coordination, planning, and communication while maintaining engineering excellence.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Qualifications:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">EIT Certification or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications used in civil engineering, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent computer, technical writing, communication, and customer service skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Eagerness to grow beyond core engineering responsibilities and develop expertise in project management.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to learn and adapt quickly.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Valid Drivers license.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2-4 years of engineering experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">EIT certification with the ability and intent to obtain PE licensure. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exposure to municipal and wastewater design standards and software.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience performing construction inspections to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications, and preparing detailed on-site observation reports.</span></li>
