Responsibilities:

• Work with supervisor and Monroe facility management to ensure production goals are met.
• Comply with all Monroe policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Use tape measure and panel cutter to cut wood to specified dimensions.
• Set up and operate molding machine producing high-quality product with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of wood products.
• Basic computer skills
• Operate a palm sander
• Operate a walk-behind forklift.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or facility management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide and fractions.
• Ability to read, follow directions, and good communication skills
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Regular attendance.
• Ability to stand and or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Requires frequent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, turning, kneeling, reaching, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
• Work is performed primarily in-doors.
