&lt;p&gt;Armorous Security is hiring experienced Armed Emergency Support Officers (ESO III) to handle our highest-risk armed posts and most sensitive or high-profile client sites. &lt;br&gt;This role is built for seasoned armed officers who can work independently and lead by example.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pay: &lt;/strong&gt;$30.00/hr&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Employment Type: &lt;/strong&gt;On-Call / Per-Diem (Non-Guaranteed Hours)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Classification: &lt;/strong&gt;Non-Exempt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coverage Area: &lt;/strong&gt;Bay Area — Richmond, San Francisco, San Jose, Fairfield, and surrounding cities. You&#39;ll cover different sites across the region, so reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations is a must.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Availability Required: &lt;/strong&gt;Must be available for some or all weekdays, weekends, and holidays, across day, swing, and night (graveyard) shifts. &lt;br&gt;The more flexible your availability, the more shifts we can offer you.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience: &lt;/strong&gt;3+ years of verified armed security experience, or equivalent time as an Armorous Armed ESO with a clean firearm qualification history&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You&#39;ll Do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle Armorous&#39;s highest-risk armed posts and most sensitive or high-profile client sites.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Accept and work coverage shifts as offered by dispatch, including short-notice and emergency assignments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Exercise independent judgment and decision-making with minimal to no direct supervision.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve as an informal point of contact or mentor to less experienced armed ESOs on compliance and post procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Safely carry, maintain, and deploy a firearm in accordance with company policy, state law, and BSIS use-of-force guidelines.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Write clear, accurate reports of daily activity and irregularities.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Active BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit (California).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Advanced, sustained proficiency carrying and deploying a firearm, with no use-of-force policy violations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Advanced incident management and de-escalation skills, with a sustained track record in high-pressure situations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sustained record of reliability and attendance, with no unresolved disciplinary action.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Able to pass a standard background check.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reliable transportation to travel between assigned sites.&lt;/li&gt;
