Quality Co-op

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op to join our Quality Assurance team, supporting product quality and continuous improvement efforts across the packaging operation. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brewery quality systems, product evaluation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working alongside Quality Assurance professionals, packaging operators, and Line Structure Team members, you'll play an important role in ensuring product quality while developing technical and problem-solving skills essential to a career in manufacturing and quality. This position is part of our 6-month Co-op Program, running from January 4, 2027, through June 25, 2027. The role is fully onsite at our Breinigsville Brewery location, with team members expected to work five days per week from our Breinigsville Brewery.
