Regional Production Manager

Summary: Responsible for one production operation with possibility to manage multiple shops. Position must ensure safety compliance is met, service to MIR’s customers are at acceptable levels, and efficiency goals are achieved. Facilitates the achievement of goals by interacting with regional managers, outside sales, production, and office staff. Often the regional manager is also the production manager for one or more of the shops within the responsible group of facilities and is required to also perform the duties defined for the production manager role.
