HR Manager Turkey

Scope of the role: Define the local HR strategy to attract, motivate, reward and retain employees in Turkey. The role will manage and execute on generalist HR activities such as partnering with managers on HR topics, union negotiations, driving recruitment activity, employee relations, salary planning, incentive plan’s, policy- and procedure creation/adjustment, HR continuous improvement activities, drive global HR processes, site communication and general administration. The role will also participate in HR projects as assigned.
