Director - Client Relationship Management

The role requires an experienced compensation professional to lead a RDI (Rewards Data Intelligence) industry sector, client communities, and annual business plans. The successful candidate will drive profitable growth, identify cross-business opportunities, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of compensation surveys. They will also lead large consulting projects and present data-driven recommendations to senior HR and business leaders. At least 10 years of compensation consulting and client service experience are required, along with strong commercial acumen and technical expertise in compensation and benefits. Fluency in Spanish and English, analytical and communication skills, effective time management, adaptability, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
