About The Role

Social Worker LCSW at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Under minimal supervision, the Social Worker LCSW identifies the psychosocial needs of patients and families and through therapeutic intervention is able to meet those needs and assist patients and families in making better use of medical care and community resources.

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the U.S Council on Social Work Education.
Upon hire: California Clinical Social Worker License.
Within 90 days of hire: Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB).
2 years' experience in a hospital or institutional environment.
2 years in a position that required participation on an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.

Preferred Qualifications

For Dialysis: Experience in a dialysis setting.
