CREATOR COMMERCE, EXPERT

We are looking for someone to build and scale MANGO's Commercial Creator Program from the ground up: an "always-on" engine that turns creators into a direct driver of product discovery, content, and sales. This person will be responsible for the entire creator ecosystem from start to finish, positioning MANGO as a constant presence in the cultural conversation and ensuring that every activation is measured, optimized, and linked to business results.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Build and develop the creator ecosystem

• Recruit, onboard and develop a scalable community of creators aligned with MANGO's brand and commercial objectives.
• Identify and develop high-potential creators and build long-term relationships.
• Define creator segments and activation strategies.
• Develop initiatives that increase creator engagement, participation and retention.

Lead creator activation

• Own the creator activation calendar across product launches, commercial moments and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creator communications, product recommendations, briefs and content opportunities.
• Coordinate product seeding and product access to enable timely content creation.
• Develop creative and commercial activation mechanics that motivate creators to participate and perform.

Ensure a constant, always-on flow of creator content around new launches, viral products and key commercial moments, keeping MANGO part of the cultural conversation on social platforms.

Drive commercial performance

• Develop and manage the creator affiliate and incentive model.
• Use commissions, performance incentives and selective paid collaborations to drive results.
• Monitor creator, content, traffic and sales performance.
• Identify high-performing creators and opportunities to scale their commercial impact.
• Continuously test and optimize the program to improve performance.

Build and scale the operating model

• Manage creator commerce technology and external partners.
• Establish efficient processes for recruitment, onboarding, communication, product access and activation.
• Automate and simplify workflows to enable the creator community to scale efficiently.
• Partner with Analytics and Affiliate teams to strengthen measurement and attribution.
• Build repeatable playbooks and best practices for creator-led launches that can scale across categories and markets.

ABOUT YOU

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar.

• 5+ years of experience in creator commerce, influencer affiliate, or creator-led eCommerce programs.
• Proven track record of building, launching or significantly scaling a creator or influencer affiliate program with direct ownership of commercial results.
• Hands-on experience recruiting, activating and developing creator communities at scale.
• Experience developing creator compensation models, including gifting, affiliate commissions, performance incentives and paid collaborations.
• Experience working with creator commerce or affiliate platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, CreatorIQ, Rakuten or similar.
• Experience using performance data to identify high-potential creators and optimize commercial outcomes.
• Experience defining or evolving attribution/measurement frameworks for influencer, affiliate or social commerce programs beyond last-click conversion.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
