We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Belleville location (1900 North Belt East). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner Navigate assigned routes efficiently while maintaining accurate delivery records and documentation Provide friendly, courteous customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experience Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following company protocols and security procedures Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and ensure proper product storage during transit Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards to ensure safe operations Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedules Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines Knowledge of the local Belleville area is preferred but not required Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to work collaboratively with team members Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
