The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients including scheduling appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care for patients.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of Working experience in a medical clinic, office setting or administrative setting.
• Extensive and excellent customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic or other EMR.
• Specialty clinic experience.
