Job Description

🕒 Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week FTC until end March 2027
📍 HMS Sultan, Portsmouth
🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
What you’ll be doing

Conduct post-course discussions with trainees to gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of training delivery.
Observe lessons and assess instructors to ensure training is delivered in line with JSP 822 DSAT standards and agreed criteria.
Provide quality assurance and internal validation activities across training courses and modules.
Maintain accurate assessment records, data, and reporting systems to support training quality monitoring.
Contribute to quality improvement plans by identifying trends, sharing insights, and recommending improvements.
Support quality control activities while ensuring health, safety, and environmental procedures are followed at all times.

Knowledge of the education sector
Confidence to hold a conversation with a large number of people

Previous experience of working in QA
