Connected Car Service (CCS) Operations Developer – Python/Java_Must KOREAN Bilingual

We are seeking a Connected Car Service (CCS) Operations Developer to support the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of connected vehicle services and related data-processing systems.

This position will focus on processing large volumes of data using Python, supporting ETL workflows, and developing and maintaining Java-based applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in backend development, data processing, system operations, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation and maintenance of Connected Car Service systems
• Process and manage large volumes of data using Python
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading
• Develop, modify, and maintain Java-based applications and services
• Monitor system performance and data-processing workflows
• Identify, investigate, and resolve application and data-related issues
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for system errors
• Support system integrations, APIs, databases, and backend services
• Automate recurring operational and data-processing tasks
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve technical issues and improve service reliability
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in application development, data engineering, system operations, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Python, particularly for large-scale data processing
• Experience developing or maintaining ETL workflows
• Working knowledge of Java and Java-based application development
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Understanding of backend services, APIs, and system integration
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional proficiency in both Korean and English is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Connected Car Services, telematics, mobility platforms, or automotive systems
• Experience processing vehicle, service, or other large-scale operational data
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Experience with REST APIs, batch processing, and job-scheduling tools
• Experience with cloud-based data-processing environments
• Experience with system monitoring, incident response, or production support

• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Duluth, Georgia. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to the Duluth area.
