Finance Systems Associate (Winter 2027)

Join Astranis, a fast-paced aerospace startup, as a Finance Systems Associate. In this role, you will support the Financial Systems team in maintaining and scaling our core financial technology stack. You will gain hands-on experience in a high-growth environment, authoring system documentation, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with the Finance team on platform updates and integrations. • Assister à l'administration quotidienne, à la gestion des utilisateurs et à la permission des rôles pour NetSuite, Ramp et d'autres systèmes financiers.
• Rédiger, organiser et maintenir une documentation système claire, des procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP) et des guides d'utilisation.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe financière pour tester les mises à jour de la plateforme, les nouveaux déploiements de fonctionnalités et les intégrations système.

• Strong technical aptitude with an interest in systems administration, process mapping, and documentation
• Passion for supporting mission-critical systems and scaling operations at a high-growth startup
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Graduating with or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts into simple, user-friendly guides
• Interest in space, aerospace technology, or high-growth hardware companies
• Prior exposure to or coursework involving NetSuite, Ramp, Jira, or Confluence
• Basic understanding of corporate accounting operations, manufacturing, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows
• Experience creating technical documentation, training materials, or leading workshops
