• Lead a small team of engineers in the design, implementation, and delivery of innovative products and systems.
• Set the standard for technical excellence in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language. We work in Rust and Python and expect you to have the foundation to quickly learn these languages
