Senior DevOps Engineer

Join Yakeey, a startup revolutionizing Morocco's real estate market. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, deploy, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on AWS, manage Kubernetes clusters, and champion developer experience through CI/CD pipelines. You will also embed security at every stage, set up monitoring solutions, and participate in incident management. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in cloud or SRE environments, strong command of AWS and Kubernetes, and a genuine security mindset.

• Concevoir, déployer et maintenir une infrastructure cloud robuste sur AWS, en mettant l'accent sur la scalabilité, l'automatisation et la résilience.
• Gérer et optimiser les clusters Kubernetes en production, en garantissant la fiabilité et la sécurité à chaque couche, tout en supervisant les environnements de staging.
• Promouvoir une culture rigoureuse de l'Infrastructure as Code au sein de l'organisation en automatisant l'infrastructure avec Terraform.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud or SRE environments - building better systems, not just surviving on-call rotations

• Strong command of AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), you know what is running in your cluster and why it is there

• A genuine security mindset: you think "least privilege", "zero trust" and "blast radius" before anyone asks you to

• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab ideally) and a well-established Infrastructure as Code culture

• Ability to work autonomously, make technical decisions and defend them clearly

• Collaborative mindset, oriented toward continuous improvement and comfortable working hand-in-hand with development teams

• Proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus; strong technical English is required
