Center Quality Specialist-1

Join our team as a Center Quality Specialist, where you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our donor records, equipment, and supplies. You will perform regular reviews, inspections, and analyses, and assist the Manager of Quality Assurance with compliance to regulations and internal procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with computers.

• Perform donor record file review, equipment quality control review, and review medical reports and communication.
• Conduct root cause analysis for deviations and customer complaints, specifically in how they relate to the safety of the donor and the quality of the product.
• Assist the Manager of Quality Assurance with compliance of all state and federal regulations, FDA-approved Standard Operating Procedure Manual, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and internal company procedures.
