Director of Product Management (Software)

Join Formlabs as the Director of Product Management (Software). In this leadership role, you will be responsible for crafting, maintaining, and executing our software roadmap in collaboration with our engineering teams. You will lead your team through the full product life cycle, impact decision making across various disciplines, and mentor and develop existing team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in product management, a background in computer science or embedded engineering, and a track record of leading high-performing teams.

• Craft, maintain, and execute the software roadmap in collaboration with engineering teams, ensuring alignment with user experience goals.
• Lead the product management team through the full product life cycle, from conception to launch, while making impactful decisions that influence software and hardware products.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to understand market needs, identify gaps, and position Formlabs as a leader in the software product space.

• Enable your team to do their best work
• Previous experience leading a team with 5+ direct reports
• Preferably have a computer science or embedded engineering background
