**Compensation & Benefits**

• **$50,000 – $65,000+** inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

**What You Bring**

• Pre-Independently licensed in **Colorado**(working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts)
• Strong communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician

**What You’ll Do**

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population
• Build skills using evidence-based approaches
• Work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more
• Participate in supervision and team collaboration
