Empower Behavior Solutions is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated **Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs)** to join our team!
We provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.
**This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.**
**Current Opportunity**
We're currently seeking a **Certified Behavior Technician** to provide services in **Puyallup to a 13 year-old client**.
- **Schedule:** Approximately **20** **hours per week. **Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align****
- **Setting:** Home and/or school-based
- **Preferred Candidate:** Female CBT
- **Pay:** **$25.00–$28.00/hour**
**Please note:** Any family preferences listed above are based solely on client requests and are considered only where legally appropriate.
**Interested in additional or future virtual hours?** As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who establish themselves successfully with in-person services may have opportunities to take on **hybrid or virtual cases** as they become available.

**What You'll Do**
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
- Deliver services in the client's home and/or school
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
- Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
- Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
**What You'll Need**
**Required**
- **Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED**
- **Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
- Reliable transportation to the client's location
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
- Willingness to provide in-person services
**Preferred**
- Previous ABA therapy experience
- Two or more years of experience working with children
- Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
