Process Technician - COX Expansion

Job Summary: The Process Technician supports the execution, monitoring, and improvement of assembly and test processes in the manufacture of Chip On Carrier (COC) products. The role works in close coordination with Process Engineering team supporting day to day operational activities such as hold lot disposition, process improvement execution, process parameter monitoring, design of experiment execution, lot tracking for split lots/excursion/experiments, data gathering, reject validation and other continuous improvements in support of the COC business.
