Senior Director Internal Communications

This is your chance to be part of an award-winning in-house Communications Team. As the Senior Director, Internal Communications, you will shape and lead enterprise-wide communications that connect Hilton Team Members to our purpose, business priorities, culture, and strategy. On the Corporate Affairs team, reporting to the Vice President, Internal Communications & Community Partnerships, you will lead the development and delivery of integrated internal communications across Hilton's global organization. You will provide strategic counsel to senior leaders, strengthen how information flows across the enterprise, and create compelling communications that help Team Members understand the business, see how their work contributes, and feel connected to Hilton's purpose and customer promise.
