Pharmacist-Inpatient Pharmacy

The Pharmacist ensures the safe, effective, and accurate preparation and dispensing of medications to support optimal patient outcomes. This role provides medication therapy management, patient education, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to promote safe medication use and regulatory compliance.
