• Develops Treatment Plans
• Provides Patient Treatment
• Collaborates with Rehab Team Members
• Performs Training Duties as Assigned
• Assists with Department Function
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: 0-2 yrs
• License: LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST
• Certifications: BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
