To learn more about our mission and clinical approach, visit allarahealth.com.Location: Fully remote within the U.S.Your ImpactConduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visitsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of careComplete required trainings and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practicesEducate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategiesMaintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely mannerRespond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity and careDedicate a minimum of 10-20 patient-facing hours per week, depending on hiring needs, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriatePrimary Clinical FocusWith a willingness to expand expertise across broader women's health care:PCOS, Hypothyroidism / Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause / Perimenopause / HRT, PMDD, Obesity / Weight Management, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia, and Anxiety/Depression (mild to moderate)Required QualificationsDegree: MD or DO from an accredited institutionBoard Certification: Active national board certification in Internal or Family MedicineExperience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive clinical experience as an Internal or Family Medicine Physician with a focus on women’s health conditions (see Primary Clinical Focus)Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skillsCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarityWebside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual settingEvidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical researchTechnical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling toolsTelemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plusState License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional licenses in one or more U.S. state(s) are required, and at least one must be in a state where we currently have an active hiring need. Multistate licensure, or eligibility to license across states through the IMLC, is required.A note on state licensing: We hire against specific state-level needs that shift on an ongoing basis. All active and pending licenses, including IMLC- eligibility based licensure, are collected, reviewed, and kept on file.
