Carpenter

Key Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and manufacturer installation instructions
• Install, align, and finish pre-manufactured wall, ceiling, and partition panel systems, as well as drywall assemblies
• Install prefinished metal doors, sliding doors, passthrough hatches, access hatches, and other cleanroom access components
• Work within cleanroom and controlled environments following gowning, hygiene, and contamination-control procedures
• Maintain a clean, dust-free work area and ensure proper handling and disposal of materials and waste
• Inspect completed installations and report defects or non-conformances
• Coordinate with supervisors, QA/QC teams, safety officers, and other trades
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and controlled-environment protocols
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and troubleshooting

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• TESDA Carpentry NC II, City & Guilds, or equivalent trade certification
• Proven experience as a carpenter in cleanroom, data centre, EV manufacturing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or electronics projects
• Demonstrated experience working in controlled environments
• Knowledge of silicone and air-tight sealant application
• Willingness to undergo cleanroom induction and gowning training
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Relevant site or trade certifications as required
