About the Role

Inclusive Learning Teacher / Adviser

Are you passionate about helping children and young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential?

We are looking for a skilled and committed professional to join our INclude Service. In this rewarding role, you will work directly with children and young people, providing specialist teaching and targeted support to help them overcome barriers to learning and engage successfully in education. Through direct intervention, assessment, and collaborative working, you will help ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive, achieve positive outcomes, and reach their full potential.

Working collaboratively with education, health, and social care partners, you will support schools to remove barriers to learning, improve outcomes, and promote positive educational experiences for all learners. You will also contribute to service development, staff training, and the continuous improvement of inclusive provision across Nottingham city.

The successful candidate will be an experienced educator with excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, and a passion for driving positive change for children and young people.
