Job Description

1. Production Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts and order requirements.
• Monitor production progress to ensure timely completion of production tasks.

1. Material Management:

• Coordinate material requirements to ensure timely supply of materials needed for production.
• Communicate with procurement to resolve material supply issues and ensure uninterrupted production.

1. Production Process Monitoring:

• Supervise responsible units to resolve routine issues in the production process and ensure smooth production operations.

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze production data, and adjust production arrangements at any time based on production efficiency and product characteristics.

1. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, quality management, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
• Participate in production meetings and provide the latest information on production plans and progress.
